GASPA GRANE, SL. has its own workshop to make different types of special cutting tools, leveraging all its human and technical resources to provide innovative and productive solutions for your company.

The workshop features conventional and CNC machines: milling, turning, grinding, welding machinery,... We also have a checking room to ensure that our tools meet all the established quality requirements: microscope, profile project, durometer,...

1.3 Complementary services

Besides checking tools, we also offer other types of complementary services:

  • * Laser marking: we have laser markers for marking plan numbers, your company's logotype,… on the tool manufactured.
  • * Resharpening:we resharpen all the tools we manufacture in our workshop.

For more than 40 years now, GASPA GRANE, SL. has specialised in the threading process, either by manufacturing threading tools or by distributing different brands that specialise in this operation.

Currently, and for 17 years now, GASPA GRANE, SL. has represented DC SWISS, S.A. in Spain, which is a Swiss company with more than 60 years of experience in the manufacture of threading tools. The merger of DC SWISS and GASPA GRANE, SL. seeks to provide integrated solutions in your threading processes, helping to increase quality and production, reducing the costs of this process.
In turn, we also represent other European companies of renowned international prestige, as a complement to the different services we render.

For more than 60 years now this Swiss company has been a guarantee of innovation and quality in the threading world. Its threading tool programme encompasses different specific programmes, each one of them designed to cater to problems in the machining process:
