1. STOCKS

At our facilities in Sant Feliu de Llobregat we have more than 15,000 tools and accessories of the brands we represent, in order to provide an agile and immediate service.

In turn, being on-line with the factory warehouses allows us to know, at all times, the status of stocks, special manufactures, delivery terms,...

We must also say that many of our distributors in Spain keep stocks in their respective facilities, so as to provide an in-situ response all over Spain.

2. LOGISTICS

For us, it is fundamental to be able to offera fast delivery service all over Spain.

To do so, we have agreements with the main national and international courier companies, with immediate lead times, in 12 or 24 hours.

Moreover, we have emergency stocks centralised in Germany so that we can offer a fast and efficacious response in the event of a stock breakage (due to major intermediate sales).

3. ONGOING TRAINING

Apart from our employees, who are included in ongoing training programmes to update and increase contents and experience GASPA GRANE, SL.also realises that it is very important to share our knowledge and experience with our clients.

This is why we conduct “training seasons” during the year, either at our clients' facilities, in our own offices or else in those of the manufacturer in the country of origin.

4. MODIFICATION - REPAIR SERVICE

The different companies represented in Spain by GASPA GRANE, SL. have officially approved our workshop to make modifications and/or repairs to their products, with a view to reducing costs and delivery terms:
